Working in eGovernment field since 2005. Togther with team are responsible for service electronization strategy and service delivery modernization initiatives, recently - for Baltic and EU crossborder cooperation and eGovernment promotion & dissemination initiatives. Working on National eGovernment Benchmark. During Latvian Presidency in EU Council he is Deputy Chairman of the Telecommunications and Information Society Working Party. Gatis is passionate promoter of benefits and tools provided by eGovernment and strong believer in hughe potential of open and collaborative government.
