Andreas is Deputy Director General for “Information Society, Media” at the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology where he developed his long-standing career. He is an experienced scholar, having worked for both the University of Frankfurt and Berlin's Technical University. He holds a degree in Mathematics/Physics and Economics, and a Ph.D. in Economics.
