After working for 5 years in a non profit organization with a multiple stakeholder approach focused on internet governance, Thibault Grouas joined the French Ministry of Culture 4 years ago as a policy officer for the French language and the languages of France in the digital environment. He initiated several projects aiming at cultural and linguistic diversity such as DBpédia.fr or JocondeLab and contributes to the organization of workshops and seminars on that matter.
